When you disable one of the sides of a connector, say S (south), the connector's south connection remains visible, but if you click on it, it doesn't open the connector configuration menu. You can also no longer see it in the Controller, meaning that it was successfully disabled, just the model does not get updated. If I re-enable the S side, I can click on it again.
I suppose this is somewhat related to #448
Update
If I place any machine that causes any connector in the same network to update its model, suddenly all leftover "ghost" connections disappear.
