[1.16.4] Wireless router not working

Issue description: Router to router with routing network cables works properly, but wireless router setup doesn't work.

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.16.4
• Forge: forge-35.1.0
• McJtyLib: mcjtylib-1.16-5.0.14
• XNet: xnet-1.16-3.0.9
• Modpack: Enigmatica 6

I did a few fixes. In the next version of XNet (1.15 and 1.16) wireless routers should be more stable
