Try without optifine
It works without optifine but it makes my game unplayable, hundred of frames lost and playing at an average of 15 fps cause I play a heavy modpack. Is there any setting I can modify or file I could tweak to make that message stop while keeping both this mod and optifine?

ok but I can't do anything about bugs with optifine. You'll have to report to the optifine team. Optifine is a closed source mod and if something goes wrong with it then it's usually just bad luck. You could try updating your 3D drivers if you haven't done so but otherwise there is nothing I can do
I understand, thanks for informing me and I didn't mean any offense. I will try to reach someone out on the optifine team and see what I can do. Unfortunately my drivers are up to date and so are all the firmware for the hardware I am using. Thanks anyways!
The setting that is causing this error is Options/Video Settings/Performance/Render Regions: On
The chat message appears about every five seconds whenever an XNet connector is in the world.
Turning Render Regions off removes the error spam
Issue description: When I try to place connectors to thermal dynamos, the message in the title keeps on appearing ever y second or so in the chat and I can't make it stop unless I break the blocks
Steps to reproduce: Have xnet and the thermal series installed. Place a dynamo facing upwards (rotate with crescent hammer) and place a connector on top. Then the error messages should start appearing
Versions:
Optifine is installed and running while the error was found.
