On Minecraft 1.16 xnet 3.0.11, the filter index option for an insertion item filter refers to the filters in the extracting controller not in the inserting controller.
Steps to reproduce:
Set up a Routed channel (2 separate controllers linked by a routed network) extracting from one side and inserting on the other, and use an insertion filter based on a filter item. The filter will be based on the filter in the extracting controller rather than the inserting controller.
