Controller won't work with connectors below y=0 #501

Issue description: Connectors below y=0 will not be detected by controller

Steps to reproduce:

Go to a place below y=0 on a world (e.g on the default superflat world)
place a controller with a connector on it and another connector on a chest
The controller won't work

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.18.1
Forge: 39.0.10
CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
McJtyLib: 1.18-6.0.4
XNet: 1.18-4.0.1

Relevant logs, if any: i get this error in console: [Server thread/WARN] What? The connector at -8,196,15 is not a connector?

Fixed in latest release
