Game crashes when i try place a red connector on Alloy Smelter from Industrial Reborn #514

Issue description: when i try place a red connector on top Industrial reborn Alloy smelter it crashse the game and make save unplayable. Here crash report https://www.pastiebin.com/6207fd015e7b3 i have already made a report to github of the other mod involved Steps to reproduce:

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.18.1
Forge: 39.0.64
CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
McJtyLib: 1.18-6.0.9
XNet: 1.18-4.0.4

Possibly incompatible mods and versions:

Relevant logs, if any:

The bug is actually in Industrial Reborn. They don't properly support 'null' side
