[1.16.5 - All the mods 6: To the sky] Cable is buged it does pass data but i can't destroy it's like it isn't there

Issue description: Was playing the mod pack and placed a cable and somehow it buged when i tried to use a facade. Visually the cable is there but there is no facade there and i can pass through it and it still is able to pass data to the controller. When i hold a cable or a facabe the cable apears like it has a facade.

Steps to reproduce: Tried to reproduce but it was soo wierd and sudden that i don't know how to exactly do it. And when I tried to do it nothing happened.

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.16.5

• CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):

Dont know if it counts as fix tried to blew the cable with tnt and it worked so
