Steps to reproduce:
Have 2 networks connected through a router connection. Pull from drawers from one network. Insert in a chest in the other. Link both channels with the same name on routers. If I disable the insert channel on the receiving networks. Items keep comming until I disable the pulling network. So the on/off button of the receving network is ignored.
Another issue happens with filters. If I have a filter on the receiving end, nothing happens.
