Issue description: When you double click to highlight a block, you should see the block highlighted for some time. In the Mechanical Mastery pack on 1.18, no highlight appears. I know it worked in 1.16. Maybe there is some mod interfering with this, but I don't think there are any special lighting, shaders, or coremods in the pack. The light level overlays work okay, as do the laser IO highlighting on the node selection. These things might not be relevant, but just mentioning what I've seen.
