xnet fully breaks on larger system with few connections. #569

Issue description: xnet ceases functionality on yellow network for no reason on large system

Steps to reproduce: ill give a world download when asked, its not gonna get recreated otherwise - file too large, can send on discord. "uvbnstrk" is me.

Versions: Minecraft : 1.16.5 Forge : 36.2.20 McJtyLib : 5.1.8 XNet : 3.0.16

create : above and beyond - 1.3

other mods : (on top of create above and beyond with xnet and mcjtylib) refined storage - 1.9.18 refined storage requestify - 2.1.6 more player models - 20220731 cosmetic armor reworked - v4a building gadgets - 3.8.5-build25 xaero's minimap - 23.9.7 enchanting infuser - v1.0.2 ftb ultimine - "ftb-ultimine-forge-1605.3.1-build.45.jar" spartan weaponary - 2.2.2 worledit - 7.2.5

these mods library are the most recent versions as of posting, i have no clue what came from the pack and what i added myself other then the content mods, sorry.

Unfortunatelly I don't work on 1.16.5 or older anymore. I simply don't have the time

Understandable, ill mess with it till it decides to work. Or maybe learn java and fix it myself.
