Logic Channel or Redstone Proxy not working on latest Xnet Version (6.1.2)

Issue description:
When using the logic channels on redstone sensitive blçocks, none redstone signal is output from the connectors attached to it

Steps to reproduce:

• Use a redstone proxy connected to a connector on your xnet network, connect any redstone sensitive block to your xnet network. set a logic channel, turn the redstone power on and see the block unaffected by it. downgrading Xnet version two versions below solved the issue

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Neo Forge: Tested on 47.1.102 and 47.1.104
• McJtyLib: 1.20-8.0.5
• XNet: 1.20-6.1.2
