Make warning MessageBox when user clicks on CPP logs button but config set for WinDebug #96

This will prevent people staring and a file that isn't/hasn't been updated and wondering where the up-to-date logs are.

Nick-picking, but this should be an xlAlert rather than a MessageBox.
