Set heatmap slider to display all data, display current date in legend/textbox #66

Slider is currently set to get the past 7 days, update the number of steps to the amount of data and make each step go to a corresponding date. Also display this date somewhere around the heatmap

Also fix the tooltip position
Also set the slider to change based on filter data
