Add source to social media post #130

Every social media post should indicate it's source (Mastodon, Twitter, Instagram, etc). Maybe using a small icon in a corner?

Actually I think this might not be necessary and we can use the space for the messages itself.

In the second line there is the profile name. Either it contains the domain name (like mastodon.social by default or the SocialPlugin implementation can add it (e.g. instagram.com). So we don't need extra space.

Or we could use different colours for different social media services. Background colours or border colours.
