Implement Competition ready control schemes and the "higher order" commands needed to facilitate that

Driver:

Left Joystick - move Right Joystick - rotate

A - Intake B - Amp X - Stow

Right Trigger - Shoot Left Trigger - Aim

Down on Dpad - Shoot no matter what

Aim Definition:

If Shot is not possible atm will flash LEDS orange and do nothing
Slow movement by ~90%
Turn towards the speaker while adjusting the stem position
Ensure wheels are spun up and will flash LEDS white when shot is valid

Operator:

Climb stuff

Where is main in relationship to this? We should be reviewing this and merging to main for the competition. Make sure that the appropriate people are identified for reviewing this before merge.
