Save swerve module offsets

Definition of done:

• Mark encoder offset physically on new swerve modules.

Universal offsets for all the completed swerve drives were obtained today and attached to the swerves with sticky notes

Need to re-obtain universal offsets for all the swerve modules and give data to Hannah so she can make permanent labels

This should be done sooner rather than later as the drivebase will be ready tuesday-ish

@Durp06 it's likely there will not be engraved module plates after talking with korben. We should move the spreadsheet with all the info into a csv and put it into the deploy directory and try our best to keep that up to date.

We now have the 3d printed plates on the citrus robot cart. All that is left is for mechanical to add them to the physical modules. I would say we have done our part.
