Place a link to other "Channels" for Providence #33

This will be the last update I think before I push another version onto the market for both Android and iOS.

I just want to promote all of the other channels on this app so people can find us. I would like to promote the other languages as well if it's possible.

I was thinking of putting a link to the:

G+ page, fb page, pTrial, gofP.com. Do you have any other ideas Shaun?
