We may/may not want to keep footers on some of the pages. Right now 2/4 of the buttons work. I'm not sure which if the buttons we really want to work anyway (directions, twitter, telephone...).

Oh good catch. I've commented many of them out but we need to comment out the rest.

They're all commented out. Thanks to find in files from Notepad++. If we want any of them still showing, it should not be difficult to bring them back.
