Thanks for submitting the patch.

I prefer two patches as both changesets are unrelated.

The topic of this PR isn't about a11y but i18n.

The language spoken in Romania is Romanian.

Merged in #828 for i18n and by hand for typos. Not fixed "outputformat", "topbar", "frontmatter"
