[Bug] Ladders do not place as described in v0.64 changelog #73

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

v0.64 states that dropping a ladder onto another ladder, will extend the ladder by 1 block downward. This does not happen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a placed ladder
  2. Drop a ladder item into / onto the ladder block
  3. Nothing happens

Server Version The current version of the server (the version described in the latest changelog, i.e. v0.76.3)

v0.64

Expected behaviour A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The ladder extends downward by 1 block when a ladder item is dropped onto it.

It's possible this is caused by the server lag.
