Octave: porting as much as possible #119

initial tests show a good support:

iData and iFunc objects seems to be functional, even plot.
partial plotting support
some warnings and errors still. Should detect an Octave interpreter and pass potential issues.
should perform the ifit test. Probably a lot to do here, but systematic porting will provide a clear route.
