Skold: get coherent from inc+S(q)

The inc can be obtained from the vDOS from e.g. Sjolander https://github.com/McStasMcXtrace/iFit/issues/125
The S(q) can be obtained from e.g. estimating F(q) for solids (from ASE.atoms) in a powder state

we obtained a 2D S(q,w)
