a custom menu 'Neutron cross sections' with:

load ACE/ENDF file
plot
transform to/from S(q,w)
compute gDOS
compute S(theta, absolute energy)
Bosify/deBosify
Moments
S(q)
compute total scattering cross section
compute dynamic range at given incident neutron energy
