The Rietveld model still uses the obsolete 'mcstas' call. The new iFunc_McCode/mccode object should be used to e.g. better use MPI.

Will assemble the model as an addition of

a model returning 0, which gets the atom structure, write the CFL and convert it to hkl list
a McCode instrument

This way the two steps are kept independent.

Closed with commit cebc243bdfce681f5d9c70d663a2551b0eda0e2b The resulting object is a pure iFunc. Does not allow plot 3d view.
