iData and iFunc: add publish method to generate clean document #23

'publish' method to export HTML in an extended format wrt saveas(HTML). See: help publish. Should support 'append' mode, also for save/saveas in eg html, hdf, xml, ... exports

Then this can be use by e.g. sqw_phonons(dir, 'htmlreport') to process an existing directory and create a status report.
