To make tags more useful one should move out the tags column and put it into a separate table.

Didn't move them out, but changed the column name to type in c6a4fac3ff5580a13b74e4fb13467044739e5ec0.

I think it's enough for now. I might reopen or create a new issue if I want to really move them out.
