Scripting editor ingame

[McTwist]

A suggestion from Jam Jar is to add an in-game script editor that could be toggled with one button.

• [x] In-game text editor reachable through shortcut and/or button
• [ ] Suggestion while typing
• [ ] Syntax highlighting
• [ ] Silent parsing and display error in syntax

Keep in mind that not all of these will be made and might end up scrapped
