Add button to reset simulator #19

I feel a button to reset the simulator would be helpful. Currently, it seems to me that the only options to reset the simulator are to reach the "banned" status or to refresh the page.

If this feels appropriate, either someone else can take this on or I can take a crack at it tomorrow.
