Add local storage #43

Add local storage functionality to theme save the icon and the selected theme.

Hey @JuanDCeballos, Great work! I see a problem in CSS where your file is probably unintentionally changing some CSS values, can you work on removing those? That would be great.

I'll try to remove those conflicts, @Mclilzee, but I have some question about this, will drop them in the Discord channel if you don't mind.
