Esc Doesn't Cancel Crop Shot if Area Selected #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start taking a rectangular crop shot.
2a. Drag to highlight an area, but don't let go.
2b. (optional) Right-click to abort dragging.
3. Hit Esc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In both cases, Esc is expected to cancel the crop shot, but instead uploads the 
highlighted or last-highlighted area.

Sorry, I meant to include that this happens on both r250 and r259, which has 
still not been uploaded.
