ShareXmod 7.2.1.309 will not install on WinXP SP3 #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to use ShareXmod-7.2.1.309-setup.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected : install the new version.
What appends : Error : This program does not support the version of Windows 
your computer is running

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3.

Hi, I added XP SP3 support in the installer as I realised XP SP3 can actually 
support Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0

You will need .NET 4.0: 
http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=17718
