No "task" settings in a "clipboard upload" type task

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setttings -> workflow
2. select a workflow of type "caprude clipboard content"
3. press "configure"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no "tasks" tab available

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
7.2 r336, Windows 8/64

Please provide any additional information below.
Before uploading clipboard contents, one should at least have the ability to 
annotate it.
