This is the intended and expected behavior of the app. I've attached a screenshot of what I see when I have no filters enabled: http://cl.ly/H6Rg
If you're still seeing this behavior would you mind attaching a screenshot?
I just discovered, there is a bug where the filter tries to stick around after switching repos. So if you switch repos and you were previously filtering another repo, the app will filter your issues based on tags/milestones/assignees which don't exist... therefore no match is possible (and you don't see it in the filter list).
For now you can fix this by just adding a filter and removing it... that should remove the filter entirely. I'll have a fix for the issue with the next release.
That's the bug I'm experiencing. Thanks for your reply.

When I go to the @me1000/issues repository and I have no filters selected I should see all issues. However, I wont see any because nearly all issues are tagged or assigned to a milestone.
