The record button now functions as a toggle (ie. recording or not recording) with placeholder graphics added to default.css. In addition, the project time (which is currently hard-written as 1.1.1) has had the "icon_btn" attribute added to it, which makes it more obvious that it is intended to be an interactive element.
No added functionality for either is included in this PR, to reduce the time required to parse the PR.
