GitHub CI: Fix MSRV build #45

Rerunning the test (formerly known as ci) workflow should demonstrate that caching is now effective. The cache keys were sufficiently distinct, nothing effectively changed.

Definitely! And perhaps you can rebase the other PRs with this fix so it will have a green build. I will try to look at those soon but I am rather busy at the moment
