  • [x] raise the forms (2021-09-05)
  • [x] support the forms (2021-09-07)
  • [x] pour the wall (2021-09-10)
  • [x] wait for walls to cure
• [x] get stamped engineering plans (2022-06-03)
• [x] pour the floor (2022-09)
  • [x] fill the interior of the walls with pea gravel (2021)
  • [x] lay remesh (2022-08)
• [x] build outer walls and roof (2022-10)
• [x] cover roof decking with fully adhered membrane (ice and water shield) (2022-10)
• [x] install metal roof
  • "The Boz’s roof service will be installing the metal roof on the Zoo Extension. I know, half of you are saying Boz who! :-). Look forward to seeing you all."
• [x] Get inspected, 2023-06-28
  • [x] shear:
    • [x] add blocks
    • [x] show pics of shear nailing
    • [x] finish installing hold downs
  • Framing
    • [x] add blocks at 10' on shear wall
    • [x] finish installing anchor bolts
  • [x] find plans
• [x] Get final inspection(s) (scheduled for Aug 3)
