I think this is technically correct: you don't often find duplex longs in ligature, but if the last note of the first circled ligature was a long it would not have a stem because it is descending from the penultimate note. I'm going to close this but it's good to have documentation of this instance and we can keep an eye out for duplex longs in ligature.
In Music Input, duplexes in ligatures are not always transcribed in the manner that one finds them in the score.
