In the UG, The application is defined as such

ModuleMateFinder (MMF) is a desktop application for managing contacts and finding **ModuleMates**.

Users from a different university might not know what is ModuleMates.

For example, some university uses course instead of modules.

Expectation

The definition for ModuleMates should be included in the glossary section

Team's Response

We think that this is intuitive enough. Even if a different school uses "course" instead of "modules", it should be intuitive enough that ModuleMateFinder is helping you to find "mates", or "friends".

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: Even if this is intuitive for us NUS students, it is not intuitive for students from another university.

As the target user for ModuleMateFinder has clearly stated

ModuleMateFinder is a desktop address-book-like application that is designed for university students.

The term ModuleMate should be defined clearly in the Glossary section.
