Fluids inserted from any side of the assembler enter the assembler, but don't show in the UI. The assembler shows it has a tank containing the missing fluids in the One Probe overlay and this tank can be accessed by using buckets on the assembler.
This crushes autocrafting for the Assembler. Haven't tested on other custom machinery blocks.
