Display a speaker icon in the mech-overlay when teammate is talking. #140

NOTE: This idea originated with pilot Rhialto who submitted it on the forums.

A little change that would be nice is to have a speaker icon displayed next to the teammate's name currently speaking. I think that could help when receiving orders and such. Much better than looking at the bottom of the screen who's talking and trying to find where he is on the map, no? When off-screen, a little speaker icon could show on the side closer to where he/she is so we can turn to see who's talking if desired.

Update:
According to the release notes for Patch 1.4.132 (17-Oct-2017), this enhancement request has been tackled.
