Note: This issue (which is specific to the Mech Stats flyout box) is distinct from Issue #102 and Issue #103.
When selecting a mech, the "quick stats" (accessed by hovering the portrait) can get long and will eventually refer the user to look at the Mech Stats box. This is a stab on improving the "Enhancements" section of the "Mech Stats" fly-out box for better readability and scanning.
One solution is to separate the mech's own inherent/stock quirks from the ones unlocked from the skill tree for easier readability.
Separate them with a thin horizontal bar perhaps:
RANGE +10% COOLDOWN -2.25%
BALLISTIC VELOCITY -10%
-----------------------------------------------------------
BASE ARMOR (RA) +16 BASE STRUCTURE (CT) +12
BASE ARMOR (LT) +16 BASE STRUCTURE (RT) +12
BASE ARMOR (LA) +6 BASE STRUCTURE (RA) +6
So it'll be something like the ff:

The one above can be expanded for further granularity for each of the skill tree bonuses (Firepower, Survival, Operations, etc, and then Base).
