When To Add A Comment To An Issue (vs Just Upvoting)

The Problem: Right now the user has to bring up the event UI manually to just to check the progress towards an event goal. This must be done repeatedly across matches.

Proposal: After leaving a match, if any event goals have been completed, then bring up the event UI automatically.
