Cannot drag weapons between components #221

Currently you cannot consistently drag an item between body parts. For example, moving a laser from a left to right arm. This assumes that the drag target is valid. I believe this works sometimes for some items but not all (example Heavy Large Laser).

You may want to make a short gif or video showing this behavior as evidence.

I also find it annoying. I don't think it can be labeled a "bug" (I think the intended behavior is not to allow dragging between components) but it could definitely be used as an improvement.

@Tyler799 ah. If this is intentional, then I suppose it is not a bug. Feels like a common use case.

Did further testing. You can drag things like EQUIPMENT (double heat sinks for example) between body parts. But you cannot drag weapons.
