Can you link to the patch notes, and if possible, can you upload video(s) of this in action.

The only part of the description that relates to sensor restrictions is "Your Sensor Range is also reduced by 75% while your Stealth Armor is Active.".
Do not have any video of it recorded. The event was observed in a very specific combination of circumstances:
Normally when the sweep goes off you receive about two seconds' worth of a blip of all enemy locations on the map - which I was waiting for and had the battlegrid opened to note their positions. Instead, I received no data on enemy positions at all.
May i add that while running stealth AND narcing in a narc raven i have discovered that the narced mech is visible as narced for my allies but i cannot see the red dot and neither can i target narced mech at all. after deactivating stealth armor the narced enemy mech is properly targetable and visible to my radar.
@Daemon04 : Is NARC supposed to be affected by sensor range? If yes, then it might be affected by Stealth Armor as described.
@TheFifthHorseman Narc has its own quirks as far as i know and i dont think it is affected by sensor range. Maybe it was me just being outta range as described as the 75% sensor range reduction.
If you ask me, I would say this is working as intended. Stealth mode is supposed to disable or vastly reduce the capabilities of your sensor suite and cut down on transmissions. It makes sense to me that you can't see narcs or can't see mechs via satellite.
Stealth Armor is supposed to reduce the range of own sensors when active. However, it also appears to prevent satellite sweep from providing enemy locations. This is not an expected behavior, given the item's description in patch notes.
