Colors are much brighter on decals than on chassis #233

The Problem: Colors are much brighter on decals than on chassis.
This makes matching decal color to chassis color (e.g. when you want to layer a decal to cover up part of another decal beneath it) an extremely difficult task. For example, to match Hotrod Bright Red on chassis, you have to use Ox Blood on the decal itself.

Proposal: Make the appearance of decal-colors match the appearance of chassis-colors.

I would assume this is because the specularity is not matched. Probably why decals also glow in the dark.
