Select box in mechlab to add/remove missile bay doors #243

Simple box select ( similar to add\remove actuators and hands) that would allow for the removal of missile doors from a mech.

At first glance, this seems like it might be a duplicate or near-duplicate of Issue #52.
Can you confirm?
Or... add clarification that differentiates it from #52.
