faction rep list #278

I don't know why this isn't being done, but I feel that the game should show your current faction rep first when you open the rep list up to check your progress; it just makes sense to do it this way.

At first glance this looks like it might be a duplicate of Issue #36.
For the time being I'm going to go ahead and close this issue.
If it turns out that that's in error, I can always reopen the issue. Just add a comment here explaining the difference between the two.
