Describe the issue

after restoring the bin, console disk drive doesnt work anymore. Ive provided 3 bins and i have no idea why theres 3, i did reopen mechapwn after it stopped working and it wrote a backup though. PXL_20221029_092042992 bins.zip

I can restore from nvm_6.02_2658920.bin and the disk works again, and region is htl 70001, but this is useless since ps1 backups get recognized but then go to a black screen.

Doh your nvram is a mess. 0xd431_SCPH-70002_2684830.zip here is proper nvram backup for restoring. Restore it with Mechapwn 3.0 rc4, then reinstall Mechapwn 3.0 rc4 and choose an option in Patch menu: Restore Factory defaults.

ps1 backups get recognized but then go to a black screen.

Are you sure that you tried PAL titles? According to Readme it is not possible to launch NTSC titles on your console even with Mechapwn (only swap trick, or image patching).
