Describe the issue

So for some reason whenever I try to use MechaPwn on my console it comes up with this. I had bought this console specifically to play import games. I've tried using the elf from artifacts that has been used to resolve other issues however it seems that using that version doesn't allow me to change regions, it purely lets me restore the NVRAM backups only. Underneath the nvm file will be the pictures from the elf from the artifacts.
