I just realized now, the NVRAM backup is the same from the scph30.000 This console has never been opened, original motherboard DSC_0030

SCPH-30000 cannot have the same nvram, somewhere is the mistake

Is it possible that you provided nvram from another console? This one is definetly from not matching motherboard. You can easily check it: you have on sticker I FOXC, where I - means that this is GH-026 board. GH-026 was always equipped with DVD player 3.02 or 3.03. If you go into browser settings and see that your DVD Player is 3.00 this 100% means that your console was opened before and motherboard was replaced.
